In response to a recent question on how to best use the FTP components in workflow. Here is a quick and dirty (15 minutes) version of a ftp download utility.
The workflow will prompt for credentials and a folder. At that point it will show a list of all files. You can select as many files as you would like and it will download them to the project directory for your deployed (or debug) app.
Be sure to look at all the configuration items as the coding is very inconsistent on these components. For example: Sometimes you need the 'ftp://' sometimes you don't.
