• Application agents
  • Informatica - Added support for PowerCenter 9.5 and B2B Data Exchange 9.5 on the AIX operating system.
  • Oracle Application Server - Added support for Enterprise Manager Grid Control 11g and 12c on the AIX, HP-UX, Linux, Solaris operating systems.
  • Symantec Data Loss Prevention - Added support for Data Loss Prevention version 11.6 on the Linux operating system.
  • SAP NetWeaver
    • Added support for SAP NetWeaver kernel version 7.2 on the AIX, HP-UX, Linux, and Solaris operating systems.
    • Fixed for the issue - The agent for SAP NetWeaver logs error messages in the VCS engine logs because the sapinfo and saposcol utility tools are no longer shipped with SAP kernel version 7.2. 3015139
  • Tibco EMS Server - Added support for Tibco EMS Server version 7 on the AIX, HP-UX, Linux, Solaris operating systems.
  • WebSphere Application Server -
    • Added support for WebSphere Application Server version 8.5 on the AIX, HP-UX, Linux, and Solaris operating systems.
    • Fix for the issue - The agent for WebSphere Application Server cannot locate the versionInfo.sh script when performing the monitor function on an offline node. 3047109
  • WebSphere MQ
    • The agent can now monitor multiple listeners.
    • You can now specify a list of WebSphere MQ processes that the agent must bypass from the list of mandatory processes during the monitor cycle. You can use the DisabledProcesses attribute to specify the list of WebSphere MQ processes that the agent must bypass or disregard.
    • Added support for WebSphere MQ version 7.5 on the AIX, HP-UX, Linux, and Solaris operating systems.
    • An updated version of the Symantec ApplicationHA 6.0 agent for WebSphere MQ is introduced. The vSphere-integrated configuration wizard workflow for the agent remains unchanged.
  • Microsoft SQL Server 2012 - The Symantec ApplicationHA agents for Microsoft SQL Server 2012 monitor SQL Server databases and the associated services on the virtual machine. The ApplicationHA agents for SQL Server 2012 provide monitoring support for the Microsoft SQL Server versions 2012 and 2012 SP1.
  • VMware vCenter Server - The Symantec ApplicationHA agent for VMware vCenter Server now supports version 5.1. Using Symantec ApplicationHA for VMware vCenter Server, you can monitor vCenter Server running on a virtual machine.
  • VMWAppMonHB agent - he Heartbeat agent is modified to wait for the restart attempts of the faulted service group to complete. Only after these attempts are exhausted, the Heartbeat agent attempts to take the other service groups offline or to reboot the virtual machine. 3069516

  • EMC MirrorView
    • In addition to supporting NaviCLI version 6.28 and earlier, the agent now supports NaviSecCLI version 6.29 and later on the AIX, HP-UX, Linux, Solaris, and Windows operating systems.

    • Added support for Solaris 11.
    • he agent is modified to now provide the correct device file path to the symrdf failover command. This fix is applicable to the Windows operating system. 3011550
    • The SRDF agent is now modified to not issue requests that potentially modify read-only variables. This fix is applicable to the Windows operating systems. 3039015
  • EMC SRDFStar - Added support for Solaris 11.
  • Hitachi TrueCopy - The agent now supports detailed monitoring of HTC volumes on the AIX, HP-UX, Linux, Solaris, and Windows operating systems.
  • HP 3PAR Remote Copy
    • The agent for HP 3PAR RemoteCopy now supports application failover and recovery on the Windows operating system.
    • Added support for Solaris 11.
  • Oracle Data Guard
    • The agent now computes the Recovery Point Objective (RPO) on the Linux and Solaris operating systems. The agent provides this support for single instance Oracle database. This capability is not supported for Oracle RAC databases.
    • Added support for Solaris 11.
  • Oracle GoldenGate
    • Added support for AIX and Linux operating systems.
    • The agent now computes the Recovery Point Objective (RPO) on the AIX, Linux, and Solaris operating systems.
  • HP EVA CA - The agent is modified to now accept the SSSU password file location as an agent attribute and uses it to run the SSSU command. This fix is applicable to the Windows operating system. 3016549

  • PostgreSQL - Added support for EnterpriseDB Postgres Plus Advanced Server on the AIX, HP-UX, Linux, Solaris operating systems.
